"MOSCOW, September 13. /TASS/. Kiev will not receive any "security guarantees", in particular, because its draft is essentially a "prologue" to World War III, the deputy head of Russia’s Security Council Dmitry Medvedev believes.

"The Kiev camarilla has given birth to a project of 'security guarantees', which are essentially a prologue to a third world war. Of course, no one will provide any 'guarantees' to the Ukrainian Nazis," he wrote on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.

He believes that the agreement proposed by Kiev is tantamount to "applying Article 5 of the North Atlantic Pact to Ukraine." This article refers to collective defense as a principle central to NATO's founding treaty. Collective defense means that an
attack on one of the alliance’s members shall be considered as an attack on all members."

A prologue to a third world war? May be not.
But it could make Ukraine Russia's much bigger headache.

Although third world war can be restrained, but it implied so if draft agreement included of this article 5 in it. Hence, such draft should not be accepted at all. Ukraine has to exit from working with the West's in defense of Ukraine, and Russia should
then take control of Ukraine's security needs, instead. This will give Russia a complete safety of their security needs from the West in EU. Ukraine has to understand and acknowledge that a large country like Russia has a lot of say regarding their own
    security and defense threat, instead.

Russian military operation without doubt weaken pro-Russia faction in Ukraine.
And the rest would want to NATO or something have something like article 5. The big question is whether European nations want Ukraine to join the EU and NATO. It is one thing to have Ukraine as a buffer zone against real or imagined
Russian aggression. It is another thing to make a high risk Ukraine one of them.
Predictably, there will be diverse opinion on whether to accept Ukraine as part
    of EU and NATO.

Russia can use the same alliance principle which US forces are kept in South Korea and Japan. They are the US "vassal states". A vassal state means their external defense is under the protective state of a foreign power, which in this case, is under US
command, control, alliance, and management, or whatever.

This means its external defense is militarily under the command, control, and direction of the US. Hence, South Korea and Japan are confined to their own "internal military defense" such as air patrols of their Korea, patrolling their DMZ border fencings
and patrolling their territorial sea. This means all their external defenses will under the command, control, and direction of the US.

Thus, all internal defense matters such south Korean troops patrolling the border fencing, patrolling its territorial sea shall be internally under south Korean's military. The same goes to the internal defense of Japan, too. Henceforth, Russia can use
this alliance principle to takeover the external defenses and let them to do their internal defenses instead.
