Google Street View, around the world...but not in China

Chengdu, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, etc,
have some 360 views, but no Google Street Views.
But Hong Kong has them, Taipei has them, Tokyo,
Seoul, Hanoi, Moscow has them, etc..etc.
Why are there none in China?
