"And the United States is deeply committed to getting the whole world past this pandemic."

The US is the most infected and has the most dead from the pandemic. Infected Americans continue to travel, spreading their infections all over the rest the world.

"Today, the Indo-Pacific is our priority theater of operations."

It's Asia-Pacific, not Indo-Pacific, and it does not belong to the US. You Americans bring in the Indians without first consulting Asia-Pacific nations and then rename it Indo-Pacific.

"And today, American statecraft is rooted in this reality: No region will do more to set the trajectory of the 21st century than this one.

"And so the Indo-Pacific is our center of strategic gravity. That’s central to the Biden Administration’s forthcoming National Security Strategy and to my Department’s National Defense Strategy. And it’s why the first regional strategy that the
Biden Administration released was our Indo-Pacific Strategy."

US strategy is to set the Asia-Pacific on a trajectory to war.

"So let’s be clear: Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is what happens when oppressors trample the rules that protect us all. It’s what happens when big powers decide that their imperial appetites matter more than the rights of their peaceful neighbors.
And it’s a preview of a possible world of chaos and turmoil that none of us would want to live in."

The narrative of the Russia-Ukraine fight is simple. Ukraine has allowed itself to be used by the US as a pawn to move against Russia to the extent that it threatens the security of Russia.
The lesson from the Russia-Ukraine fight for Asia-Pacific is simple. No nation in the region should allow itself to be used by the US to threaten the security of China or Russia.
Asia-Pacific concern is the revival of Imperial Japan. The Japs are remilitarising feverishly, no thanks to Americans. The imperial appetite of 21st-century Japs will be much bigger than the 20th-century one.

"And we will continue to do our part to strengthen security in the Indo-Pacific.

More members of the U.S. military are stationed here than in any other part of the world: more than 300,000 of our men and women.

The President’s Fiscal Year 2023 budget makes one of the largest investments in history to preserve this region’s security. And that includes $6.1 billion for our Pacific Deterrence Initiative, which will strengthen multilateral information-sharing
and support training and experimentation with our partners."

Just take your military personnel and equipment and get the fuck out of the Asia-Pacific. You are not welcomed in Asia-Pacific.

"At the same time, we’re also weaving closer ties with other partners. I’m especially thinking of India, the world’s largest democracy. We believe that its growing military capability and technological prowess can be a stabilizing force in the
    region. "

India? The US can have India to itself. It is not welcomed in Asia-Pacific. It is better known as the world's largest mess, in every sense of the word.
India a stabilising force in the region? Have you ask the opinions of other nations in the region?

"As our National Defense Strategy notes, we all face a persistent threat from North Korea. The United States will always stand ready to deter aggression—and to uphold our treaty commitments and the will of the U.N. Security Council.
North Korea’s habitual provocations and missile tests only underscore the urgency of our task. And so we’re deepening the security cooperation among the United States, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. Together, we’ll continue to strengthen our
extended deterrence against nuclear arms and ballistic-missile systems. And we remain open to future diplomacy—and fully prepared to deter and to defeat future aggression."

The US is the one that is always threatening N Korea until it has no choice but to develop nuclear weapons and the missiles to deliver them. One thing for sure now. The US and its partners will not be of able to cakewalk over N. Korea.
India has been testing its nuclear-capable missiles more frequently than N Korea. After each test, it will boast about how deep into China its missiles can strike. Why no protests from the US? What kind of a rules-based world is this?

"In the East China Sea, the PRC’s expanding fishing fleet is sparking tensions with its neighbors. In the South China Sea, the PRC is using outposts on man-made islands bristling with advanced weaponry to advance its illegal maritime claims. We’re
seeing PRC vessels plunder the region’s provisions, operating illegally within the territorial waters of other Indo-Pacific countries. And further to the west, we see Beijing continue to harden its position along the border that it shares with India."

Disputes in East China Sea, South China Sea and along the border with India are all China's fault? Disputes involve two or more parties but its always only China at fault?

    "So let me be clear.

We remain firmly committed to our longstanding one-China policy—guided by the Taiwan Relations Act, the three Joint Communiques, and the Six Assurances.

We categorically oppose any unilateral changes to the status quo from either side.

We do not support Taiwan independence."

Stop the bullhit. Taiwan is a part of China. The Taiwan Straits is China's sovereign territory.

What the US intend to do with Taiwan is worse than supporting its independence. The US has every intention to turn Taiwan into the strongest military base possible in preparation for its war with China.

"Now that’s a vision worth working for.

It’s a vision grounded in the best traditions of the United States.

And it’s a vision that reaches for the highest aspirations of the Indo-Pacific.

We don’t believe that this vision can be imposed. But we do believe that it can be achieved."

Get your vision out of our sight. We in the Asia-Pacific do not welcome those from far away. That means the US and India. Honestly, the two of you should just get the fuck out of the Asia-Pacific!

A Japenis talking cock in Shangri-la

    https://asia.nikkei.com/Politics/International-relations/Indo-Pacific/Transcript-Japan-PM-Kishida-s-speech-at-Shangri-La-Dialogue

When a Japs leader has a vision of peace and order for the Asia-Pacific and the world, its ominous. It’s dark cloud at the horizon. It means an approaching calamity.

The last time the Japs talked like this was when they had the vision of A Greater East Asia Cooperative Sphere. Following that, the Japanese Imperial Army swept through East- and Southeast Asia, leaving behind a swathe of deaths, destruction and
    unimaginable horrors.

Japs atrocities know no limit. Just a short extract of an inexhaustible list.

    Massacres and mass rapes.

Using captive females as Comfort Women to satisfy the beastly needs of their soldiers.

Release ferocious military dogs on civilians to attack and devour the victims.

Throw babies into the air and receive the falling babies with the bayonets of rifles.

    Japs waterboarding.
None of those sissy American way of applying one layer of wet tissues after another over the nose and mouth of the victims.
The Japs did it this way. Force the victim to drink water until the stomach is fully bloated. Place a piece of hard board over the stomach. One big burly Japs would then stand on top of the board and start to stamp and stomp away while belting out a Japs
song in a chilling guttural voice. Water would be forced out of the orifices of the victim with excruciating pain.

Force their victims to stand with their hands stretched straight out throughout the night in sub-zero temperature. Next morning, Jap soldiers would knocked at the hands which would break off from the bodies and broke into pieces on the ground like pieces
    of porcelain.

Use their victims as specimens for biological weapons. Infect the victims with highly virulent viruses to study the effects on them.

Force POWs on long marches with empty stomachs until they drop dead.

The Japs of today want the world to believe that that’s all in the past. They claim that since the last War, they have become peace loving people, helping to develop the region and the world.

Can they be believed? Should they be trusted? The answer is a definite NO!

Until today, the Japs have not apologised. They have shown no regret or remorse for the deaths, destruction and extreme atrocities of their past. They don't intend to. Instead, they want all these to be forgotten, to be wiped off the memories of their
    new generations.

They have changed their school textbooks. In these books, there’s no mention of their war atrocities. They justify their participation in WW2 in this way. Japan was forced into the war to fight for their survival from American embargoes, they were
helping to drive out the Western colonialists from Asia-Pacific.

    They are remilitarising, feverishly.

They have changed their Constitutions to enable them to mount wars overseas again.

They are covertly attempting to develop nuclear weapons. After the last tsumani, it was discovered that they have secretly squirreled away weapon-grade plutonium from the civilian nuclear-reactor in Fukushima.

Today, the national Spirit of Japan remains as it was during the Second War World.
Japs still salute the same Flag of the Rising Sun.
There’s still the Emperor that they love.
There’s still the religion of Shintoism through which Japs believe that their Emperor is a ascendant of the Sun Goddess Ameritsu.
They still honor those leaders of the last War. Shinto rites are practiced annually to pray for the souls of their military heroes from the War.

A remilitarised Japan leading to the revival of Japanese Imperialism. That’s the future of the Asia-Pacific. Blinded by Sinophobia from a rising China, those damned Americans are bringing East- and Southeast-Asians Back to the Future of Japanese
    horrors.

Those stupid Americans don’t realise it. They themselves may end up being the victims of Japs military attacks again. Next time, it will not be only Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. It will be coast-to-coast of mainland USA.

The Japs have not forgotten that they are the only race and nation of people in the history of mankind to have been nuked, not once but twice, both times by the Americans. The Japs have never forgiven or forgotten the Americans for that. They are working
hard at the chance to return the Americans the favor.
