    "Owing to the measures taken, 143,631 civilians and 341 foreign citizens were evacuated from Mariupol. As many as 1,844 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who surrendered to the Russian troops, could safely leave the area. All their lives have
    been saved, their safety has been ensured. They receive qualified medical assistance. All this has been done without any participation of the Kiev authorities, but in relation to the citizens of their own country,” Mizintsev stressed.

    After allowing the evacuation of the people in the steel plant in Maripol, the Russian forces know that they are children and elderly still left inside it. These people are kept there to lure Russian force to finish them, too. This is so that Russia's
    Putin will be made as scapegoat and be blamed for it.

    No doubt their goal is to take control of the eastern sides of Ukraine as they are nearer to them and easier for them to capture and annex them. But it can only be if they can succeed on them.
