• Over 30 Percent of Democrats Don't Expect Biden to Run in 2024

From ltlee1@21:1/5 to All on Thu Mar 17 04:59:08 2022
"A majority of those who responded to a new poll said they did not believe President Joe Biden will run for president again in 2024.

Fifty-two percent of those polled by The Wall Street Journal said they doubted Biden would seek a second term as president, with just 29 percent saying they think he would. Among those who identified themselves as Democrats, 41 percent said they believe
he will run again, 32 percent said they didn't think he would, and 26 percent were unsure.
    ...
Biden set a new record as the oldest president ever sworn into office last January at 78 years old, and would be 82 if he runs and wins again in the 2024 election and is inaugurated again in January 2025.
    ...
The poll also showed that 49 percent of respondents believe that Trump will stage a third presidential campaign in 2024. More specifically, 60 percent of Republicans said they believe Trump will run again."

Trump is 4 years younger than Biden. But does not mean Trump is young, but not Biden, is able to contest for the presidency. Seriously, Trump is not suitable for the job. The first term had shown how he made Americans divided and made the world to
distant from him. If one casually asked a toilet cleaner about their opinion of Trump, the reply is he he is sick man. Hence. it is not wise to have Trump in the presidency because "he worries nothing" of the bills caused to Americans,.

Biden is old. 52% of poll respondents did not expect he would seek a second term. And they have good reasons.
Trump is 4 years younger and he would run for 2024 and likely win unless he is successfully prosecuted.

At the same time, youth may not be good news either.
    Zelensky January 25, 1978
He is young. But he misread Russia, Ukraine's most significant neigbhor, badly.
Al Qaeda and Afghanistan was not any kind of existential threat to the US. But NATO with Ukraine
as its staging area does constitute an existantial threat to Russia. It is surprising that he did not seek
to talk to Putin months before the invasion.

Yes, Zelensky for months and even years, he has not talked to Putin personally at all, and hence he frustrated Putin. Instead he spent his time making overtures to the NATO countries for help.

He used the media to talk about his own overtures on the 100,0000 tanks that built up by Russia on its border. Hence, this showed that Zelensky is dancing around with US and playing low ball, not talking to Putin.

This showed that Zelensky is using the time of several months to ignore Putin and spent his time talking to instigate US to immediately admit Ukraine as member of NAto so that he will get immediate support from NATO countries.

Hence, he made a big mistake when NATO does not want Ukraine to join NATO at this juncture in order to save Ukraine from the neutrality by Putin.

There is one thing that makes Zelensky so bold is that he has been using his frontage to express his sorrowful country to the Western media in order to seek empathies and sympathies from the world.

Hence, it showed that Zelensky is a very good actor as can be seen in the early of being a actor in skits and shows.
This means that Zelensky is acting out for the world to see and for US and NATO to send troops to help him.

He is indeed a actor and also a motivation speaker when he spoke to the media and ;leaders with sadness and cooked up sad stories through Zoom app only. Henceforth, he has easily put the world to empathy him instead. This means the Western media will
Putin into bad light as stubborn president when in fact Zelensky is a stubborn and untalkable president of Ukraine.

Henceforth, given the swaying of media against Russia instead, Putin should encircle Ukraine and capture the capital and air-flown Zelensky to have a lunch with him instead. Russia should send troops to the border with NATO to seize those US arms and
missiles being shipped from US and Europe's NATO countries.

Agree. Olga Rudenko who is a Ukrainian journalist and the chief editor of The Kyiv Independent had described him well.
"Mr. Zelensky’s tendency to treat everything like a show. Gestures, for him, are more important than consequences.
Strategic objectives are sacrificed for short-term benefits."
