11 small apples cost around 6 canadian dollars.
A 163 g apple contains around 4.4 g of fiber, so if you take
4 of them per day it will give 17.6 g of fiber, so that's good.
And nutrition specialists recommend consuming 25 to 30 g of fiber per day.
