Who is Gordon Chang? Why do his opinions on China matter or represent any factually correct knowledge?
Gordon Chang is a very SMART man.
He is the American author of The Coming Collapse of China which he first wrote in 2001, in which he claimed it would collapse in the year 2011. He became very famous for that book because it resonated with his American readers who wished/wanted to see
that collapse of China. As such, he was very popular in American media circuit appearing in CNN, Fox News, Forbes, etc.
2011 came and went AND there was no China collapse. He changed the timing to 2012 and today (decades later) - 2022 - he is still claiming the “Coming Collapse of China.”
His gullible readers - desperately waiting/wanting to see the Collapse of China - is still buying his books, he is making tons of money of it AND he is still popular doing his round around the media circuit and getting lots of attention. In the interim,
China went from one of the poorest country to the world’s biggest manufacturing economy.
Like they say, there is a Fool born every minute AND Gordon Chang proves it.
AND those people remain a Fool.
BUT Gordon Chang is getting richer AND more famous while being wrong……repeatedly. So you can see that he is a Smart Man.
Gorden Chang made tons of money from American audiences who like to hear
him churned out stories made by himself, the Chinese people instead.
This is so they can use the Chinese in US to die for them, like guinea
pigs.
Since 2001, Gorden until now 2022 has not proved himself in truth of his
claims of the coming collapse of China in 2010, which was 10 years ago,
well already past 2010.Now it already passed another 10 years on, and
there is nothing collapse of China.
Since he did not apologize to China and to the Chinese people for his defamatory attack on China, China should now use the national security
law to bring Gorden to answer his defamatory crimes in US to attack China.
