The USA invented almost every technological invention the world uses today. What would the world have been like without the USA?

Motor vehicles? Germany
Atomic bombs? British
The internet? Also British, who created the concept of multiple-redundant diverse network
The WWW? CERN, a European organisation, specifically another Brit.
Computers? Mostly yet another Brit
Airplanes? A brit
Jet engine? Guess what, the british
Rockets? China
Radio? Italy
Telephone? A scot
Trains? British, based on Asian track concepts
