What is your take on Chinese netizens' suggestions all Chinese masks exported to the US should be labeled contain Xinjiang cotton & all Chinese rare earth metals exported to the US should be registered from Xinjiang?
Xinjiang is not a major source of rare earth metals, so labeling all Chinese rare earth metals exported to the US as from Xinjiang would be violating American laws. I don’t think those Chinese companies are interested in violating American laws unless
they are under pressure.
