Is China and Russia causing problems at the same time coincidental or are they working together to defeat the United States? Do they stand a chance of accomplishing it?

Russia and China combined active soldiers are 2.850 million twice that of America… combined Naval force is more than twice that of the US…
Chinese submarines type 93 and the Russian submarines such as the Belgorod are carrier killers. If they took out the carriers and Zumwalt destroyers it would financially bankrupt America…one zumwalt is USD $4.4 billion…
