Why is China so jealous of the West?
Who says China is jealous? I think you’ve got this ass-backwards. It’s the West that is jealous of China…

China experienced the most spectacular economic rise in human history. Starting from a totally impoverished nation in 1978, China rose to become the world’s largest economy by GDP PPP in a stunningly short 35 years!

China built the world’s finest infrastructure of roads, bridges, high-speed rail, airports, etc.

China eradicated absolute poverty in 2020 having elevated over 800 million people!

With China’s huge trade surplus, it launched the awesome Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) helping countries in the Global South, as well as in Europe, build their infrastructure.

The West can only dream to compete with BRI through half-baked initiatives like Blue Dot Network, Build Back Better World, and Global Gateway.

China is pursuing diplomacy throughout the Middle East rather than bombing the shit out of the region. Recently, it signed a 25-year cooperation deal with Iran.

China is negotiating with the Taliban for the future of Afghanistan instead of invading and occupying the country for 20 years.

China is leading the world’s largest free trade bloc (consisting of the ASEAN countries) known as RCEP.

China is building its own international space station and inviting all nations to participate in the program, including the United States. Recall that USA banned China from the ISS.

And China did all this by being the most peaceful world power in existence! China has not fought a single war since 1979.


All this makes the West look bad.
