In 2021-2022, can the South Korean Army defeat the North Korean Army if another Korean War breaks out?
My brother served two tours in South Korea as an American army officer. He was right up on the line and realized that if the NK invaded, the US was just a speed bump that would be quickly wiped out. He has served all over the world. The absolute best
soldiers he said he has ever seen were the South Korean soldiers. They know exactly what is expected of them in a war. The NK military will be initially successful but within a week will collapse and be beaten, due in large part to poor logistical
support more than anything else. They can cause a lot of misery but they can’t win, not in a conventional war.
