Having made a number of visits to the USA over the years and having met many US business folk and tourists in the USA and in Europe I can honestly say that it is not a false prejudice - citizens of the US are staggeringly uninformed about the rest of the
world, have an inflated view of their own country and a sickening sense of their own entitlement.
