Is the statement that the PLA can "take Taiwan" in days a fiction? Military strategists assert the island could prove virtually impregnable to an attack by China if Taiwan manages it properly.
China has the worlds largest army, Taiwan is only minutes away if missiles or aircraft are used to attack Taiwan, China has 1.4 billion people while Taiwan has 23.4 million.

Someone is either lying to you or they have no idea of how vulnerable Taiwan really is.

Come on the Taiwanese soldiers weaknesses are not well trained and alcoholic will never be physically fit for any battle against PLA troops. The fitness gap is far too wide to mention. Moreover, the straits is narrow, less than 200 km away so do you
think Taiwanese has the ability to defend her soil.

By then all the electronic communication and military hearing equipment will be jammed by the PLA wireless device. Air, land and sea communication cease to connect with each other then what war you're talking about.

If the targeted plan of PLA is not to go for a blanket sweep just send a few millions of trooper just to Taipei to takeover the parliament and its administrate stronghold then lockdown everything that's as good as over. The rest of the DPP diehards will
be pushed all the way to the South Region and the troops quickly set the Northern part of Taiwan as PRC territory which is closer to the state of Fuzhou. In this case the division will be set North belongs to PRC while the South belongs to DPP diehards
hunting ground. Just like Nkorea n SKorea.

Not forgetting that the US only sold old obsolete aircraft at exorbitant prices. Their aircraft is crashing rather frequently.

Which few times? China didn’t attack Taiwan after 1945.

The last attack to Taiwan was carried out by KMT in 1945 and it is a success.

in particular 1954 and 1958 were interesting years

Google an article called “Taiwan can win a war with China" by Tanner Greer. Then get back to me.

    Who is lying to whom?

He starts of well then gets carried away in a fiction script about a newly enlisted “grunt” as he calls him. Methinks he hit the pipe hard after the first part and his imagination carried him away after a lung full of herb vapour.

There are no “experts” on an amphibious invasion (without any element of surprise) on an island determined to defend itself to the last man and woman at any cost. The closest the USA ever got was Grenada or the Bay of Pigs, and those hardly bear real
    comparison.

The Chinese people on Taiwan are determined to defend themselves to the last man? Sounds like an American fantasy.
