• Rule-based world order?

From wog wacker@21:1/5 to All on Sun Jan 9 17:41:08 2022
Rule-based world order - the new narrative the US is using against China. Another American big bullshit.

Was the breaking up of Yugoslavia rule-based? What about the invasion of Afghanistan? And the cake-walk invasion of Iraq? And the destruction of Libya?

Rules have to be enforced. You need might to do that. The Americans know this better than anyone else. That's why they spend hugely to maintain the mightiest military in the world.

Their rule-based world is one with their military bases all over the world.

Why not? The Roman Empire lasted a thousand years...
The American Empire is only 300...

Look at what is happening to rule-based US. The Covid-19 pandemic is causing1.35million newly infected per day. This is a world and historic record. It is not even the peak yet.

This pandemics put into contrast the Western and the Chinese model and values.

Westerners feel superior about their model and values based on democracy, rules, freedom and human rights. These are what fail them in the fight against the pandemic. Democracy means politicians have to keep themselves popular with the people. They have
to molly-coddle the people. They dare not make rules or take actions which would make them unpopular with the people. The people, on the other hand, have been indoctrinated to believe that their freedom and human rights are supreme. They would readily go
out to the streets to mass protest against rules which would alleviate the situation but curtail their freedom and rights. The final victory goes to the virus. Despite millions of daily new infections in the Western world, its now talking about living
with the virus. That's capitulation. That's allowing the virus to multiply, mutate and spread faster and further.

It is time for the Westerners to eat humble pie and learn from the Chinese. In China, the rules to fight the pandemic may be draconian but they are strictly enforced nationwide. Despite this, there are few dissenting voices. The vast majority of the
population comply. The values they have brought up in make them realise that, in certain situations, they have to sacrifice a bit of the individual freedom and rights for the collective good of society and country.

China is having the pandemic well under control . This is not only good for China but also the rest of the world. Meanwhile, the way the pandemic is growing in the West puts the whole world in danger.

US destroyed these countries and still want to destroy more to come.
There is no-ruled based law by countries in the world for US to invade
and attack or the right to interfere the internal affairs of other
    countries.

    Look at the Americans.

    https://www.reuters.com/world/china/us-criticizes-china-canceling-some-flights-over-covid-19-cases-2022-01-12/

They are behaving as if they are the Lord of the World, that they can go to anywhere, at anytime they choose and no one should stop them, no matter what.

They are so unruly. The US is now the Sick Man of the World. Americans have become a very sick people. If they have any sense of responsibility, they should isolate themselves from the rest of the world, voluntarily. No, they are a people without any
sense of responsibility, only a sense of supremacy about themselves.

The rest of the world should lock out the Americans and knock some sense out of them. They are now a danger to the world.

They should not talk about a rule-based world order until they know how to put their own house in order.
