Is the US strong enough to invade China without using nuke?
You are joking, the US cann’t even win a war against the 1970 equipped Taliban. How the hell you expect it to win a war with Superpower China equipped with latest cutting edge military assets.

America is good at bullying and bombing weak and ill equipped countries like Syria, Librya, Iraq, Vietnam, Cambodia etc with expensive fighter jets and missiles, but end of the day lost control of the war and surrender in humiliation.

Wasting multi-trillion tax payer money, enriching fat cats of military industrial complex.

US has no advantage in fighting China, China’s A2/AD will ensure no hostile military assets from enemy can get through 1st island chain during military conflict let alone invade China.

Current US Pacific fleets are no match to PLA, therefore US will not win a hot war with China in China’s backyard.
