Have Western political systems reached a dead-end in their confrontation with China?
    Yes, I think so.

The West tried to demonize China with lies about Uyghur genocide, forced labour, and concentration camps. Lies about Hong Kong oppression.

The West tried to foment color revolution in Hong Kong and Xinjiang using the CIA and NED. They did the same in China’s neighbours, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia.

The West tried to block Chinese commerce (Huawei’s 5G, semiconductors, etc.).

The West tried abducting Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou just like they did to Alstom executive Frederic Pierucci in 2013.

The West tried all sorts of military provocations, conducting naval exercises, arming Taiwan and Japan, forming Quad and AUKUS, selling nuclear-powered subs to Australia.

The West tried to make hay with Peng Shuai.

The West tried a useless symbolic gesture of boycotting the Beijing Winter Games.

Nothing has worked. The West have run out of options, they have one last card to play: start a war with China.

    But this is MADness.
