Are Hong Kong protests under the CIA in order to destabilize China?
Rumor says that the US consulate in HK used to have over 1600 employees.

Meanwhile, Beijing’s Liaison Office in HK has roughly 200 people.

Right after the National Security Law was approved, US consulate in HK began to shrink.

It sold properties and dismissed most of its employees.

The number of staff in a consulate is dependent to the size of the
    people to be served.

The size of consular service should have the same 1600 staff is a little
    on the heavy side.

Normally speaking, both side of US and China should have equal number of consular staff and not to have lopsided number, instead.

However, there are many Americans who worked as consular staff are also
    spies.

They also collected data from people such as students, who applied for
visa to US for their study and other things, etc.
