1.4B Chinese support unification with China. At most, 23M Taiwanese support independence from China. They are willing to fight to the last American for their independence.
It is not true that 23M Taiwanese support independence. Seriously, not
one in Taiwan would dare to say openly that they want to support
reunification for fear f being clobbered or even murdered or killed.
Hence they are the ones who want to be reunified, instead.
