Is there any chance the people of China will ever gain the freedom enjoyed by the people of Taiwan?
Is there any chance the unfree people of the United States will stop telling the free people of China they are unfree?

Is there any chance the people of the United States will one day grasp that the American brand of freedom is not a universal value?

Will they ever understand that on the other side of the world, people from a 5,000-year-old civilization prefer to live in a stable, peaceful society with law and order, unarmed and courteous police, little crime, little drug use or gang activity, low
incarceration rates, free higher education, free healthcare, the best public transport in the world, ubiquitous technology, continuous improvement of their standard of living, problems that GET SOLVED instead of PERPETUATED, and the only meritocratic
government in the world — which, time and time again, coordinates all its manpower and resources to fulfill the concrete needs of society wherever they appear, and whose officials are ordinary citizens who must prove their worth and leadership
qualities through a lifetime of education, labour, and public service?

Will Americans ever understand that no Chinese, unless he is brain—damaged, would want to give this up for the ability to vote for some millionaire— or billionaire—turned—politician over another (and then realize his vote means nothing at all),
or the right to call for the overthrow of the state, or the right to call a pandemic a hoax and school shooting survivors crisis actors — and in return, accept all the social ills that plague the United States and do not exist in China?

Will Americans ever look at the ridiculous and farcical figures they call leaders, measure them up against China's leaders, and realize it's like comparing feces to diamonds? Here are just a few reminders:

Multimillionaire medical charlatan Mehmet Oz, who made his fortune promoting faith healing, energy therapy and psychic communication with the dead and once declared the benefit of reopening all schools mid—pandemic to be greater than the cost of some
child deaths, is running for Governor of Pennsylvania.
Obnoxious multimillionaire actor and fuckboy Matthew McConaughey just announced that he will not run for Governor of Texas. 😂
Kansas state congressman Aaron Coleman, elected two years ago at the age of 19, recently apologized for online bullying, revenge porn, blackmail, and death threats — and then got arrested for drunk driving, for the second time while in office.
Biden — an establishmentarian figurehead who has done absolutely nothing except run for one office or another since he was 29 years old (he's 79 now), elected by a hair because the alternative — billionaire scammer, moron, and scumbag Donald Trump —
ran the country completely to the ground and almost triggered another civil war. Biden's VP, Kamala Harris — selected not for her moderate achievements, but to woo voters with her sex and skin colour.
Trump, still hugely popular, has not said no to running for President again in 2024, so the GOP is still a chorus singing all his praises and repeating all his lies!
Kentucky Republican senator and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (net worth $35 million) — nicknamed “Massacre Mitch" for his staunch defence of gun rights after every school shooting — just told the GOP not to prepare any party agenda for
the 2022 midterm elections, and just to focus “100 percent" on obstructing whatever Democrats are doing!
What a ghastly, flaming trainwreck of a political system. If this country weren't huge, rich in resources, and blessed by an insanely lucky geography, it would've been destroyed by its own government long ago.

In China, if you want to be in government one day, you've got to roll up your sleeves and get ready to give blood, sweat, and tears to your community, from a damn young age. Everyone had to do it, and there are many who did it and never got into the CPC.
Here's Xi Jinping in 1969. Sixteen years old.

Will Americans ever realize that it's no longer 1776 and that the countless pitfalls of their governing system and the sorry state of their country for the average man are not things that they can hide from the rest of the world, while preaching the
illusion of the superiority of their values 24/7?

Will Americans ever realize that bombs, sanctions, threats, regime change, assassinations, espionage, and general A—hole behaviour on the diplomatic stage and abroad and online are not the way to promote their ideology?

And to answer the question about Taiwan, NO, Taiwan isn't free. It may be that the average Taiwanese has enough bread and circuses to forget reality, but the reality is that Taiwan is an unrecognized, stagnating, over—militarized, brain—drained, and
hilariously misgoverned (and I mean parliamentary fistfights) island whose gloriously democratically elected leaders face the United States with two permanently outstretched hands, one to beg for crumbs and the other to do the master's bidding. This is
the only future Taiwan can have. Taiwan, like Japan, is a modern—day Manchukuo, a Yankee puppet state and plaything that is going nowhere. For all their indoctrinated hatred of the mainland, that's where a lot of young, well—educated Taiwanese
    professionals end up settling.
