Will China allow three million Hong Kong citizens to leave for Britain?
As far as I know so far

    1. most people in mainland China want these 3 million people to leave Hong Kong as soon as possible.

    2. people in Hong Kong (those without British Overseas passports) also want them to leave because then Hong Kong will go from a city of 7 million to a city of 4 million and property prices, like rents etc, will go down.

But the problem is that all these people with British overseas passports are crying out to leave, but they just don't want to actually leave

These 3 millions HK people should leave now. They have overstayed since
their holding of British Overseas passport.

They have been using their British privilege of the 2nd passport issued
by the British to go to UK, but they stay on unlicensed in Hong Kong,
    instead.

Then, while in HK. they used their citizenship of Hong Kong, China, and
British Overseas passport to instigate and worked with the anti-China
Hong Kong people against Hong Kong and China.

They then colluded and collaborated and attended foreigners and
expatriates from white countries, planned street protests.

Not only that they went further inspired by British and American
foreigners in HK into making hard damages on parliament and state
legislative and other public buildings against the legitimate government
of Hong Kong which is part of China.

They even waved American, British, and Canadian, and Australia flags to
show HK is past of the five eyes countries.

They even organized their protestors to whack their parents and burn any persons working against them. They even got protestor to stab police and
    public officers.

Since China does not recognize their citizens of double holding another passport, they should leave or cancel the British Overseas passport in
    1997.

If they do not cancel the British Overseas passport, the China should
issue an order to them to cancel their British Passport or to terminate
    their citizenship of Hong Kong.

China should jail them for violation of holding two passports. No
countries in the world allow its citizens in holding two passports.

They will have to leave Hong Kong. They will not be allowed to work or
seek job in Hong Kong without a employment pass.
