Why was the USA caught by surprise by China hypersonic missile testing? Has American intelligence been that degraded?
American (USADIAN) and Intelligence are two words that should not be put together as it degrades the second word.
The USA could not do it and gave up, the Russians had a go and gave up so therefore no-one could do it.
Oh whoops China did it damn.
Will they be surprised when China brings Thorium reactors online?
