This top marine is trying to help the Pentagon to get more money for their buddies in those military complex to research and build those toys for them
to play with at the expense of tax payers money.

Those military industrial complexes are employing massive number of retired military generals into their folds to solicit public money for the
production of military weapons and aircrafts.

These military industrial complexes also employed hundreds of journalists in different media to write how their US should get more money to fund their military ventures to attack other countries like China.

These industrial complexes will use the public money to secretly pay
allowances to their media feature's writers and media's editors to write bad about China so that they can get paid for their media on China.

US's state department is also using public money from their budget to pay private communication companies engaging in media publicity to say bad about any country as directed by the state department.

Such actions had been done from time to time many years ago ever since the
1950 's. America is now broke from all these bribery money taken from tax payers money.

Those people in the retired generals in military industrial complex are very happy to be employed with high pay and bonus to secure billions of money
from the government to pay for projects.
