Xinjiang in the west of China is now in heavy snow with cattle facing
shelter and grassland problems. Inner Mongolia is also facing heavy snow and
is affecting wild horses grazing in the grasslands.
This is part of life in the northern region of China. Electricity supply to provide heat is going to be strained with balancing usages to be regulated
and managed. Look like China is able to contain and manage these problems.
