A Loya Jirga meeting of all the people in a constituent assembly needed

Whenever a new government comprising all the people is formed a constituent assembly is required to write the law of the land. The people of Afghanistan was never consulted by the Taliban. Slavery and dictatorship has no place in a civilized society.
Taliban should be made to understand this.
