    managers havent been honouring each other's cheques for 1550 years?

    Breaking: bank managers start to do their job properly.

    Okay, it /is/ news... but the overwhelming reaction I have is "well,
    it's about time - now get on with it, because you've wasted fifteen
    centuries already".
