Ex-Chicago cop Jason Van Dyke was released from custody early Thursday
after serving three years in prison for the murder of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald, and faced a deafening condemnation from community leaders and politicians who wanted him to remain behind bars.

Jason Van Dyke spent too much time in prison, for just doing his job.
They should be saying "thank you for his service," and spending less time complaining, and more time raising law abiding citizens.
