    Were there inter-tribal conflicts in Mexico during the post colonial / independence period? Did the Mexican Army use similar tactics that the US Cavalry used, which is to use Indian tribes that got the worst of it in intertribal wars as allies against
    the tribal groups that frustrated the Mexican Army? I presume that the Mexican Army must have used some Native American tribes in their fights against the Yaquis...
