The USA, Canada, the EU, Japan, Australia, and South Korea
will become one country. The President and legislature will
be elected by the voters. The qualifications for office,
including the Supreme Court, will
be at least a high school degree, or at least four years of
honorable military service.
Only taxpayers will be allowed to vote. If you go on welfare,
you lose the right to vote. When you leave welfare, you
receive the right to vote again.
The new Constitution will come into force when 80% of the
eligible voters accept it.
