Can the military controlled police department please clarify :
1. who raped 3 year old nursery child "Victoria". Why is the military controlled police department taking sooo long to solve the crime ???
2. A warrant of arrest was issued to capture monk Ashin Warathu over a year ago. Why is the military controlled police department incapable to track down this fugitive. Are they not willing to capture him ???.
3. Who are the killers of U Ko Ni. Why is the military controlled police department incapable to track down the mastermind Ex Lt. Colonel.
I can only think the military is hiding a lot of information and blocking justice.
