“A simple rule for all men to live by is to be concerned about the physical, the mental, and above all, the Spiritual. It does not take more effort than man can extend; in fact, it takes less effort to remain ever conscious of these three things.
Men become sidetracked by experiencing emotionalism, gaining acclaim, no matter what detriment it is to his whole being.

Men, in being conscious of the physical, will act accordingly, care for it in a responding way such as repast, respite, exercise, and doing things that are for the good of the physical, rather than tearing it apart, breaking it down, making it weak,
not sound.

The mental is to look at all truth, look for wisdom, not just knowledge. The mental should constantly have a balance, for in balance there is strength and control.

The Spiritual is as the physical; It must be fed and, in some ways, rest through meditation, consideration, and looking ahead.

Men must be aware that to live a beautiful life is far simpler than man expects (?) care for the physical, care for the mental and care for the Soul. No better way to live in the world of man, because you see, this means that your awareness will
make you think, and in thinking you will be constantly alert and yet you will walk in peace and tranquillity first. So be it.”
