with them. China will soon ask Sg to sign agreement with them to use the
base too. He will have to obliged if he said he has to balance relationship between China and US.
In Asia, Sg has the fastest declines in economic rate this year. Usually,
even its economic rate is tandem side by side of economic rate with
Malaysia's economic rate, but now Sg is now in steep declines while Malaysia
is kept up at the steady rate.
Most people think the current steep declines of exports of this year and economic figure nearing ground zero, and is going into negative territory of recession is largely contributed by angering of China in past one to two
years ago.

in 1st quarter 2019. For the whole year 2019 , it will fall between the Malaysia's Central Bank target of between 4.3% to 4.8% range this year.
Whereas, in Sg, its economic growth rate at 1st quarter 2019 was already at 1.3% and it has deteriorated down steeply to 1.1% in 2nd quarter, and in
the, just past August result, it was 0.1 %. The 3rd quarter economic result will be announced soon October.
From looking at this projection, it seems it will go further down into zero
% at this 3rd quarter and will further down into minus growth rate at the
end of 4th quarter of this year. From the economic rates above, It would
seem the average economic growth rate for this year 2019 will be 0.6%.
