Today (June 2) is American Indian Citizenship Day.

After midnight it will be Love Conquers All Day
    and Impersonate Authority Day.

June 4 will be Orthodox Pentecost.

I'm still plugging away on alt.religion.druid . Have
a look there if you notice any effects, e.g. an
improvement in your romantic relationship for the
    weekend, full moon, and beyond.

    WTF ??????????

Better sacrifice some gerbils under the full
moon while yer at it ......

Hey, in my youth I partied with the Amerindians.
I liked them. "Different", yep, but not beyond
understanding & empathy. You had to hang with
them for awhile to "get it" - it's not something
    you can write down.

The euro colonists did NOT have to be so hard on
the natives. The psychology was basically "It's
perfectly OK to lie to, and slaughter, unbelievers".
Yep, that's how they thought back then. Actually
the French got along with the natives much better,
but then they sold their N.American holdings and
    history is history.
