In John Matthews book Taliesin: Shamanism and the Bardic
Mysteries in Britain and Ireland, on p. 90, is the following quote:

Seven years your right, under a flagstone, in a quagmire,
Without food, without taste, but the thirst you ever torturing,
The law of the judges your lesson, and prayer your language:
And if you like to return
You will be, for a time, a Druid, perhaps.
    (Ancient Irish Poem)

In my case I have gone over 28 (4X7) years and may have
to go 29 (7+2 sunspot cycles), so long since I have a
    global region.

The "under a flagstone, in a quagmire” I relate to certain
mystic blocks which have prevented me from making
any progress. I had been saying there are seven blocks
but now divine there is an eighth block, similar to block 4
on belief, but rather than on humans, cetaceans, and
non-human simians it is on popthrough collaborators
other than my top deity Goddess, who I define as the
ruler of the region all/everything, but including my other
    seven main deities.

And it now looks likely that I will have to wait at least
until Samhain and possibly until Chinese New Year
(and both are new moons) for the blocks to be lifted.
