As preamble to my contexts I ought to convey the background
consideration given that I have a metaphysical / metempirial
philosophical interest with a specific focus on Queen Victoria's Letters

And that after some 25 years informal research and self education, I am
pleased to have discovered a technological means to convey the IDEA
template for those letters patent and propose a hypothesis for their

HISTORICAL CONTEXT 1 - BOER WAR

The federation of the states into a COMMONWEALTH of Australia upon 1
JANUARY 1901 occurred during the period of the SECOND BOER WAR (12
OCTOBER 1899 to 31 MAY 1902) which was the first time that Australian
and New Zealand soldiers engaged in a collective armed conflict.

The Great star of Africa diamond (largest diamond in the world valued at
$400 million) which to this day appears in the Sceptre was gifted to
Edward VII in 1907 so as to help mend relations between Britain and
South Africa after the Boer War.

An act of the British Parliament (South Africa Act 1909) granted nominal independence, creating the Union of South Africa on 31 MAY 1910.

The diamond was set into the sceptre in 1910, and first used at George
V’s coronation on 22 JUNE 1911 and represented the monarch’s “temporal power under God”. The second star can be seen in the British Imperial
State Crown.

After gaining self governance on 11 DECEMBER 1931 South Africa finally
became a Republic on 31 MAY 1961

Boer War commemorations occurs on the last Sunday of MAY.

Within the USA Memorial Day occurs on the last Monday of MAY.

HISTORICAL CONTEXT 2 - MOTHERS, SONS AND SOIL

We’ll call this historical context “mothers, sons and soil” as a recurrent propagandist motif which ultimately took form in 1934 with the
story of Ataturk’s alleged letter to mothers of ANZACs that is typical
of the myths generated by war.

After violent anti-British sentiment voiced at 1918 St Patrick’s Day
march, Melbourne council banned the parade in 1919.

On 20 MARCH 1920 Roman Catholic archbishop MANNIX turned ST PATRICK'S
DAY into a REBELLION AGAINST THE BRITISH CROWN by a parade down BOURKE
STREET led by Fourteen Australian VICTORIA CROSS recipients, around
10,000 first world war veterans and throngs of Catholic schoolboys
marching behind in a depraved procession while tens of thousands of
Melburnians lined the streets and cheered them on.

MANNIX was later that year arrested at sea by the BRITISH navy and was
not prosecuted for sedition because such action would galvanise the
IRISH REPUBLICAN CAUSE.

On PENTECOST SUNDAY OF 31 MAY 1998 I gave support to a Rainbow Sash
refusal of communion (#1827 - Eucharist) protest at Saint Patrick’s
cathedral East Melbourne and consoled a mother of a gay son which was
pictured front page of the Australian newspaper the next day.

As a consequence I undertook a "naked I came into the world, naked I
will go out" protest on Saturday 21 AUGUST 1999. And then attended a
second Rainbow Sash refusal of communion protest event at Saint
Patrick’s cathedral on 11 JUNE 2000.

In the year 2018 as centennial for WORLD WAR ONE the usual IRISH wartime
tropes was augmented with an inclusion of "BILL THE BASTARD" horse and
four Irish servicemen on his back which was entered into the parthenon
of greats.

Upon ANZAC DAY 25 APRIL 2021 there were four war graves that had a
specific focus of 23 AUGUST 1943 which had been singled out for
additional floral bouquet tributes to a single poppy placed at the fore
of each grave.

That has a resonance to 23 AUGUST 1920 when FRIENDS OF IRISH FREEDOM condemnation of the BRITISH GOVERNMENT AND PRIME MINISTER DAVID LLOYD
for its alleged mistreatment of the AUSTRALIAN ARCHBISHOP MANNIX.
Causing the FRIENDS OF IRISH FREEDOM to declare that BRITAIN and IRELAND
were in a STATE OF WAR.

CONTEXT 3 - INTERACTIONS

17 MARCH 2017 - CHERISHED MOTHER WITH NAKED CHILD STATUE UNVEILING WHERE
I HAD NO INTERACTION WITH THE HONOURABLE DARREN CHESTER (Gippsland MHR
and later the MINISTER FOR CENTENNIAL 2018 COMMEMORATIONS REPORTING TO
THE PRIME MINISTER)

8 JUNE 2017 - PLAQUE PLACEMENT ON CHERISHED MOTHER STATUE

10 JUNE 2017 - NOTICED IMPROPER POPPY WREATH PLACEMENT AT BOER WAR
MEMORIAL. A lack of fresh floral wilting and absence of snail
infestation suggests the floral tributes were placed within proximity to
8 JUNE 2017 rather than in proper accordance with BOER WAR MEMORIAL DAY
on Sunday 28 MAY 2017

27 OCTOBER 2018 - An improper BOER WAR memorial commemoration was
undertaken by the Returned Services League (RSL), which I interposed by
making a floral tribute in consideration of an affability to "British
and Dutch sovereignty and historical prosperity" made at 0300 hours
prior on that same day.

24 NOVEMBER 2018 (Prior to Victoria State Elections) I spoke to DARREN
CHESTER after his attendance at the WORLD WAR ONE centennial 11 NOVEMBER
2018 commemorations at the ARC DE TRIOMPHE, Paris France.

Mentioned an issue of possible commemoration impropriety between the
CHERISHED MOTHER unveiling on SAINT PATRICK’S day given the nearby OAK
TREE planting within 1934 of which he was not aware. And it’s plaque placement on 8 JUNE 2017 contemporaneous to an improper poppy wreath
observed at the BOER WAR MEMORIAL

18 AUGUST 2020 - As Federal Veterans Affairs Minister DARREN CHESTER
alone laid a wreath on the Sale cenotaph PLAQUE (rather than the
CENOTAPH proper) to mark 75 years since the end of World War 2. COVID restrictions prevented any RSL members from attending the event.

Some days thereafter in Cunninghame Street I congratulated DARREN
CHESTER on the strategic wreath placement given the aforementioned
observed CHERISHED MOTHER plaque placement contemporaneous to BOER WAR
MEMORIAL wreath impropriety.

15 NOVEMBER 2021 - Without hesitation DARREN CHESTER provided a letter
when requested to convey his recollections of the CHERISHED MOTHER WITH
CHILD statue unveiling on 17 MARCH 2017.

This responsive action occurred despite my periodically keeping him
abreast by email as contemplations upon the matter and actions
undertaken during the 5 year year ecclesiastical cycle after our initial meeting occurring just prior to the 24 NOVEMBER 2018 State elections

CONTEXT 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BESIEGEMENT

The Catholic Diocese of Sale is a vassal entity that is legally subject
to the ST PATRICK's cathedral, East Melbourne.

I live opposite VICTORIA Park, Sale where on 27 OCTOBER 1934, HRH the
Duke of Gloucester planted an OAK TREE before then opening HYDE PARK WAR MEMORIAL, SYDNEY.

The HYDE PARK WAR MEMORIAL, SYDNEY was re-dedicated (Son of a King /
Grandson of a Queen PLAQUES) on SATURDAY 20 OCTOBER 2018 and had an
inclusion of #1701 - SOIL samples taken from the enlisted soldiers
addresses as regions throughout New South Wales

On 27 OCTOBER 2018 an improper BOER WAR memorial commemoration was
