But all states of some size try to control their populations today by means of the same kind of direct radiofrequency interference with the citizens' brains.

Thus if the neuro- and radioengineer fine-tunes radiofrequency from a cell tower to your brain's own frequencies, speak into a microphone and transmit the verbal messages to you, you may think that you are hearing voices, perhaps only one voice, which
