I purchased 3 lots of land from an organization that was selling land .The president at the time sold the lots to me and I built my house.The project wasn't completely developed at the time of purchase. I went through all the legal steps to build my home,
and when almost complete. i was contacted by word of mouth that my house was in jeopardy.When I inquired why.I was told that the president double sold the lots and original buyer took presidence over the property. What can I do. The president this last
year died,and new members have been elected to take over the project. the organizations attourney said,I have to forfeit my house.Is there any legal action I can take to regain the money I spent on my home. I was fraudulantly scamed by the president of
the organization. also seveal other people were also scammed in this same action.
