  • I am looking for grief support for a Filipina

    Hello. My name is Joy Marchant. I don't live in Sacramento but I know a Filipina who lives in North Highlands. Her husband is currently in hospice, dying from cancer. Emma, will be quite alone soon and she is overwhelmed with grief and fear right now.
    She is 52 and has never really fended for herself. Her stepson is with her right now, trying to help get her finances sorted out and giving her all the support he can. But as English isn't her first language and eventually he will have to return to Los
    Angeles and his job he is greatly concerned about helping her when he leaves. It appears her only close friend lives about 5 hours away...she really has no one to give her the emotional support she will need. I am wondering if there are any connections
