    Personal reports from friend wo was quarantined on arrival in
    Manila. Quarantine rooms were filled with rats and cockroaches.
    Filthy and dirty.This is imprisonment without trial make no mistake
    about it.What next from DooTURDtay (Duterte)? Death by death squad
    same as Marcos.Communist DuTURDtay has got to go right NOW!
