    The Chinese Pinyin appears to be:

    Sheng ren is cognized by me as what is translated as being the sage.
    Chang can mean, constant. Xin is able to suggest heart/mind. Wu connotes without or not having. Wu-xin may be no-mind. Hence wu chang, without a constant, xin mind, appears to be consistent to me.

    The bai xing, the nobility, aristocracy, upper crust, is what are
    treated as straw dogs by the sage in a previous TTC verse.

    TTC 5 reads:

    yi bai xing wei chu gou. >>

    The sage has no humanity,
    is how some may see what bu ren means.
    He or she doesn't really much care what the bai xing
    have to say about things, and sew froth.

    Mitchell's TTC 5 paints a picture as framed by:
