GIVEN THE EXISTING SUBSTANTIAL DEMANDS UPON THE COURT CALENDAR AND IN
THE CIRCUMSTANCE WHERE THERE WAS NO DESIRE BY ME TO WITHDRAW THE APPEALS
GIVEN THE VEXATIOUS NATURE AS NON-FACTUALITY BEING THE BASIS OF
PERMANENT ORDERS THE MATTERS WERE ADJOURNED FOR A FURTHER DIRECTIONS
HEARING UPON 20 JANUARY 2020.

His HONOUR was not prepared to make any INTERIM ORDERS so as to prohibit further instances of #1828 - CRUEL CONDUCT by persons associated with
the #1827 - SAINT ANDREWS {#364 x 4 + #371 - 30 NOVEMBER} CAUSE CÉLÈBRE
that are the "SPECIFICITIES OF NON-FACTUALITY BEING THEN GROUNDS FOR
COUNTY COURT APPEALS" and accordingly since these MATTERS will not be
resolved before ANZAC DAY 25 APRIL 2019 AND #273 - REMEMBRANCE /
ARMISTICE DAY 11 NOVEMBER 2019 accordingly there is by the peoples of
the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA, an impending ABROGATION of DUTY to any
VESTIGES OF DIGNITY IN COMPLIANCE to the CROWN's prerogative conveyed by
'DIEU ET MON DROIT' with respects to #492 - VOLUNTARY FREE WILL as a foundational principle of our COMMONWEALTH'S GOVERNANCE, LAW AND ORDER
as being a concern with OATH TAKING by persons engaging within massacres
and other terrorist events (but not limited to) and giving material
support for such as grounds of these APPEAL.

ACCORDINGLY ALL PERSONS WITHIN THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA WILL FROM

GRUMBLE prototype completed by that next COURT DATE and upon which my
rational opinions are sustainable as entirely a coherent reality and
unity of apperception.

His HONOUR's incomprehensibility would not have therefore caused him to
venture into any cursory consideration of PART 6 as the closing phase of
this FILING SUBMISSION by bringing the COURT's attention to the incontrovertible premise that the objective and prudent opinions which
we have submitted upon "SPECIFICITIES OF NON-FACTUALITY BEING THEN

WIKIPEDIA CONVEYS OF KENNETH MUIR MACKENZIE, 1ST BARON MUIR MACKENZIE AS
THE MOST LIKELY SIGNATORY: Muir Mackenzie was Clerk to the Crown in
Treasury from 1885 to 1915 and served as Permanent Secretary to the Lord Chancellor from 1890 to 1915. He has joint author with Montague

"Former Australian prime minister John Howard appears to have missed out
on joining a prestigious British order of knights.

Speculation mounted earlier this year that Howard might be appointed a

oldest order of British chivalry - when Queen Elizabeth II announced any
new additions.

Howard was a staunch monarchist during his term as Australia's second longest-serving prime minister.
