In some countries, especially in emerging ones, one should take more
care in the way of how they speak and gesture.
There should be some sense of sensivities, in that snesitivities
should build in the way one speaks.
Some words can mean to another person as arrogant of words. Some other
words can also be meant to be "rude "words. The cultures of that
society should be cultivated and respected.
So, in the case, the example, clearly explains and learns, that one
should learn how to behave even as they immerse into the culture of
other countries.
Companies must be careful in selections of their overseas key staff.
It is better to select foreign employees who can be gentle and can be
careful in the choosing of his words more carefully.
