• Checkmating the idolators

From Jos Boersema@21:1/5 to All on Sun Oct 29 17:15:58 2023
Idolatry comes in many forms, but the essence seems to be that people
accept anything from some specific source, without any thinking or
reason to it. They worship their idol, and that is the end of that.

The opposite of idolatry is supposed to be something like science and scholarship. However most people are still idolators one way or the
other, and therefore they have done great damage to the ideal of science
and scholarship as well. The worship of Einstein is an example.

While this theory cleverly called "Special Relativity Theory" is absurd
and therefore Einstein is seriously a meaningless idol and someone who
has done significant damage to Science and perhaps culture in general,
you could also argue that it is still idolatry if someone does what
someone says, when this person is saying something good and true, if it
is done because it is that specific person, rather than an understanding
that this is good and true.

Why is idolatry even a bad thing ? I guess the main problem is that it
has no direction, it has no moral direction. It is unreliable, and its adherents are also generally mindless. They are mind slaves, so to say.
Empty headed. Fools if you will. Not that I am smart you know, I know
that from trying to solve puzzles like Boxxle II ;-). That is not the
point, this is not a contest of who is smart ... and therein lies
exaclty the point. For the idolator, it is all about the person.
Everything is identity politics, every form of politics is personality politics. What is actually to be done, and why ? Emptyness. Well, maybe
not entirely. Idolatry probably exists on a spectrum.

Compare this against seriously caring about the good and the truth. You
work on the puzzle until you solved it. You pass a law (or favor it),
because you studied the issue and think it is a good law. You expect
good effects, for mechanism such and so, expectation this and that, and
so on. If it fails, you can build on the new experience. You deal with
content, not with whatever personality was on the cover of some
magazine, or whom your mother told to worship because that's whom she is worshipping. The TV for example. An anti-idolatrous mind deals with
content. It has direction, although this is depending on the morality of
the person. Evil people who are not idolators are potentially even
worse. It speaks for itself you need to be a good person, and want the
best for everyone in the end (which for people who do evil means, they
need to be stopped and punished if necessary).

I suppose there is a level of development, where idolatry can even be beneficial. You could argue that even more primitive than idolatry, is
to be your own idol, so to speak. To want to dominate others, to reign
supreme no matter what, no matter how stupid or evil you are. Everybody
must do what you say and pay you all their money. This is what criminals
want. For criminals, it might be a step up in their development if they
became idolators, for at least they now place the dominance outside of themselves. They may learn to listen, rather than only pontificate,
scream, demand, force, extort, threaten and do violence. Criminals
naturally create a tyranny, and the Tyrant then becomes their idol,
their god. (It's funny how this reminds me of organized crime, where
indeed they seem to talk about their own boss as their god.)

Then we have idolators I guess, and above the idolators in development
are the people who want to think in content and be good. Not just have a
random thought here or there, that's basically worthless. SERIOUSLY
THINK. They also probably already need to have learned to listen, and
with "listen" I don't mean "listen and do" as if that is one thing. I
just mean "listen", full stop. After listening, you can think. After
thinking, you can decide what to do. That sounds like how an adult should operate, to me at least (which ... means nothing, but alas, I'm writing
this so there, I pontificated a hypotheses if you like ;-). Listening is
a skill an idolator can already learn. They try to listen to their idol.
Once learned, you can hopefully listen to everyone. This should make it
much easier to solve problems and to hear about problems. You now can
listen to everyone and anyone in particular.

So, this is how I am planning to checkmate the idolators. They have a
religion, they are idolators, but it tells them I am their idol (!).
This is quite the joke, but okay, idolatry is a joke, and now the joke
will be back on them. I will then say: don't do what I say because I say
it, but because you *understand* things and have thought about them
*yourself*. If you cannot do that, I don't think I can help you anymore,
sorry. Maybe you don't belong, maybe you should not live in a system as
I am proposing, because it depends on people who can talk and listen to
*each other*. The whole thing is about listening to *each other* and
using your mental capabilities and the care you hopefully have for other people, to make a good decision, and that's all it is. It is no more, it
is no less, but believe me (heh, no don't!) if I say, it will be a
complete life. So no, don't believe, but investigate and make up your
own mind. That's an order if you want !

See, now we got the idolators by the neck, and they have nowhere else to
go. They have been defeated. The whole thing has been rolled up from the
    inside out. The End.

What if they cannot do it ? I don't know !
What if they do idolatry anyway ? I don't know either !
However, this whole thing is going to trip them over nicely. They got
something to think about now, I hope. If not now, then maybe later.

It becomes their problem I guess. Maybe they should take some time off
and try to develop their minds. Maybe they will still develop their
minds later, because there are probably more than enough problems to be
solved, big and small, which is probably already a very big challenge.
It is already a challenge for the common population to have a sort of a meeting, especially in a bit larger groups. To keep the violence under
control, to stay friendly to each other. This is a really big challenge.
I have seen it, and I don't have a lot of faith in it when it comes to
the general population of the Earth (humanity).

It's a stand against brainless idolatry at least. Time is up you
know. Nuke war every half century now ? Seriously ... what's left of
a place like this, wich such brainless people on it, waging nuclear
war as if it is nothing. Oh they are scared ? Not at all, I don't see
anyone trying to stop it. But they have peace marches ?! Ask them what
they think about whatever Empire they have been told by their TV is the
enemy, and you will find most of them can say all kinds of nastyness
about their supposed enemy. Do they care to listen to the other side ? NO
! Only the rarest among them (you know who you are). They are already
at war. It is all meaningless anyway, too little too late. This is not
how you stop war. It never worked before as far as I know.

What do I mean with becoming their idol according to their religions ?
It doesn't even matter, because if people want to seriously study my
plan and find it good, the same with me will happen as with Karl Marx,
Lenin and even Stalin (who was a criminal). They will worship that
person no matter what. This is a given on Earth, this is how people
function. They worship something, it is like a disease they have (lol).
Marx tried to outlaw religion, and then he became their god, so that
certainly doesn't work. Moshe Rabbeinu seems to have gotten it right, or
his God if you will (and that's fine with me, seriously, we live in a
Creation this is obvious, and it is above our minds to really understand
the how and so on - so we can only ascribe this to something Godly,
    something well beyond ourselves).

I guess one issue Marx had, is that he made major mistakes. His whole
book is simply gibberish. That is not science, it is simply not even
good. This is not economics what he is writing. His book was about
emotions. It is propaganda. The masses liked the book, because they felt
seen, but the so-called theory of value or whatever, it's nonsense and unworkable as well. Incidentally they notoriously failed to understand
*land*. Eventually they just decided that land is the factory floor,
and therefore everything needs to be centrally controlled. It proved
to be a failure. The failure is particularly sad, because Marx should
have known better from reading the Torah, as he also has Jewish roots
(!). The cost of not being Jewish enough, I guess.

The whole irony of the whole thing, is that science already knows.
Economics *knows* that land does not work in a market (!). They know !
Maybe they face the same ignorant masses as I do, when I say it needs to
be distributed for free as a right. Markets are about *effort*, but land
    - the place - is not a product of human effort. It is the starting point
of all work. See, science already knows the Torah is good, but for some
reason they cannot break through with their knowledge. I don't know why
that is, but it has the potential to destroy humanity. So you see, I
don't even say anything really of note. It is already known. What a
    joke.

Anyway, that is the plan as far as I see it. The idolatry will be
focussed on a person, and then the person says: you should not worship
me. This should collapse the idolatry. If not now, then later. You
should think and use your own head, and think about the content of the
issues. The issue is land ownership ? Then you think about economics,
land, uses of land, what happens if you don't have land, and on and on
and on. There is a lot to think about. The issue is, I don't know, how
to clean ditches ? Then you can think about tools, the frogs in the
ponds, the eco system, the cost of cleaning the ditch, and so on and so
on. If the topic is about the Government budget, and for example some
section of it like infrastructure or some bridge, then you think about
what kinds of bridges there are, what they all cost, what are the
benefits, what are the downsides, how long does it take to build, how
costly is it to maintain, and so on.

That's it. I personally just pull my hands off of it and say: there you
go guys, I did more than enough already, perhaps too much. Don't look at
me, I'm merely human anyway. It's YOUR PROBLEM. Can you think for
yourself ? Can you listen to EACH OTHER ? Can you listen to the person
standing next to you ? Can he listen to you ? Can you take it if he
proves you wrong ? Can he take it if you prove him wrong ? Can you both
find common ground, can you both sacrifice a little for the common peace ?
Can you both care for the person who isn't even there ? It's not about listening to me (me this person who writes this, just one in the world
far off and soon enough dead too). It is about listening to the person
    next to you, forever.

This is how I want to end idolatry. According to the law of the ... no,
let's stay hopeful. Maybe it will work ! ;-) lol Pretty high stakes game
I have to say, maybe a bit too much. You have to be a bit nuts to do
this, I certainly admit that. XD

    * No statues of God, etc.

Moshe Rabbeinu layed down the mold, he succeeded. He was neither King
nor God, to this very day. Very good job. His people still do not make
statues of God the Creator, although once they put an idol on the inner building of the Temple. Once they started worshipping the Sun again.
It reflected in this so-called mirror or whatever it was called, Lamp of Helena, the cursed Lamp of Helena I should say. The cursed idol which
Israel worshiped, and not long after their Temple fell. Israel has
clearly been ordered to not do idolatry, that their God is their idol,
so to say, and the only one.

Maybe I would go beyond that and say, it's not good enough anymore that
you merely belief the truth, you have to now understand and know it. We
have to understand and know, because that should be a much stronger
anker for the good, and we need a stronghold of the good on Earth,
because pointing nukes at each other with abandon is no way to live. The
good has to be established on Earth, in a rock solid forever kind of
way. Knowing and understanding. The Jewish people definitely have a leg
up in all of this, since their Torah is so great. As it was already
said, the Jewish people did the right thing before understanding, on a
large scale. Israel is definitely on the map. It's not some small
village only. It's not merely a Kibbutz if you want. It's there, it's
know and can be seen. Then Israel is the logical place to entrench the
truth and what is good, hopefully forever, as promised by their God (the Creator of everything).

P.S. Ohhh, but you wanted to do away with all this religion stuff and
all this craziness, and simply purely have things work out in an
academic sense. A paper here, a paper there, one person this the other
that. I agree. Where are these papers ? Where is the result ? They know
the truth about land, but you don't see any effect. Where are the
Professors of Economics who have bolted themselves to the train tracks,
and immediately demand the whole Nation to rethink their way of life,
and while we are at it cancel the National Debt because it is scam.
Where are these people ? I don't see them.

It should also be noted that Big Money is constantly degrading science
and scholarship. They use "grants" to do it, and have the money to set
up complete Universities, or corrupt them at will. Money does that, if
you have enough of it. This reminds me of the Rothshilds - a crime
family - corrupting the Jewish Yeshivas, the schools. You cannot
apparently have a good and clean Science, if the economy is not
correctly dealt with. I guess they got to Science and Scholarship in
time, the super rich maniacs got there in time, before true Science and Scholarship could get to them, if that was even in the cards.

So there you go. Where are *you* reader in all of this. I haven't seen
you write anything here either (excl. some idiotic trolls here, all in
the kill file). Where is your paper ? Ohh, didn't write one. I guess so.
You did ? Awesome, then we are in the same boat I guess. You can't get
far with only the truth and what is good in this world. However, maybe
they will rethink once they suffer what is to come. If *you* have a
better plan, go for it. I might support it. What is it ?

No reply, just watch. The whole world is intellectually dead.
