Can somebody tell me if someone starts out an e mail saying Pee Chris Sawatdeeka, what does this mean? Does it mean she wants to give me a
golden shower or is there something I'm missing?

    thanks

    Chris

it's a polite formulation, youger people have a word before the name like in the new karate Kid movie. So younger people then you will say Pee before your name. It's like Sir Chris or dear Chris. And we should say an other word for older people... and
don't remember it. For an example: An older people then you will not called you pee Chris. He will used an other word for young people... I guest... but you will catch what i mean !!! :P

Actually "pee" simply means older, as in elder sister, elder brother.
Younger is "nong". The two terms can also be used to indicate social
position or status. A man may address his wife, or girl friend, as
"Nong", much as an American might say "Honey". The girl friend or wife
will usually address her boyfriend, husband as "Pee".
