I believe many Usenet groups do not have any moderator. This may
    be one of them.

The ultimate freedom (:-) with all its advantages and
    disadvantages ...

If you require a post to be deleted, whom do you contact from this group? Or, whom do you contact that overseas Usenet Groups/ google groups?

Usenet has a delete function, sometimes called "rescind", so you
    can delete a message yourself.

However, there is no guarantee that your deletion will be
performed and particularly not that it will reach and be
    performed on all servers.

So the ultimate answer is that it is probably impossible to
delete a usenet posting with complete reliability, not to
    mention archives.
