RATIONALITY given it maintains its annexing of the eastern regions (ie.
in my ignorant and petulant view such action is requisite for any
diarchy) and establishes a buffer zone.

of UKRAINIAN lands is but a technicality since the nature of diarchy is
dual governance.

That UKRAINE presently has no sense perception of such a possibility and
seeks the most difficult option of border mutual exclusion.
