• NATO's "strength"

From Lazarus Cain@21:1/5 to All on Sat Mar 19 14:45:04 2022
NATO represents the nuclear deterrence against the Russian threat.
The core of NATO strength is its nuclear deterrence.

SAC bombers operate under same principle as submarines.
No signal from home and nuclear missiles are fired at targets
If orders are to not launch first then it is assumed orders to launch are only authorized if enemy has used nukes against US which causes virtual loss of all communications from Washington, for example.

SAC bombers are based on NATO bases in Britain. US SAC air bases in Britain are RAF bases, but are strictly under American command

    Brings to mind a question:
How does one win a war without committing war crimes using the new American definition of a war crime?
Is easy for US to accuse another of war crimes if no US soldiers involved, because then US is not bombing civilians.
