Frank Lombard is a prominent LGBT activist at Duke University, North
Carolina, where he held a teaching post. He was on the university
“Gay” rights committee and made himself very visible at “Gay Pride
” events.
In December 2009 he was convicted of some of the most horrible
paedophile crimes the police have ever dealt with. He and his queer
partner adopted two little boys and used them for sexual abuse.
Lombard drugged them, raped than and then pimped them out to other
queers on the internet. The elder was only five years old.
That’s how he was caught, when a Federal agent posed a a fellow-
paedophile.
Frank M. Lombard, the Duke University pedophile father of two
adoptive sons has apparently accepted “guilt” for his crime and a
plea agreement will be announced on December 17th 2009.

According to the Herald Sun, an “information” was filed on December
1st in Washington D.C.:
The filing of an information, since it implies the defendant’s
acceptance of guilt, typically means that a plea agreement is
imminent. The one-page information that Lombard will acknowledge
today states that he forced a minor to “engage in sexually explicit
conduct … for the purpose of transmitting a live visual depiction of
such conduct.” The sentence for sexual exploitation of a minor is
generally around 15 years.
According to the original arrest warrant, Lombard allegedly told an
undercover police officer that he had sexually molested the child
himself multiple times.
It is unbelievable to me that Lombard will spend only 15 years
behind bars for the terrible things he did to his own boy. The
adopted child that Lombard admittedly molested was just 5-years-old
at the time of Lombard’s arrest. We do not know how long the child
endured this horrible environment in his own home, with another
adoptive father and Duke University employee, Kenneth Shipp, who
says he knew nothing at all about Lombard’s rape of their own child.
The FBI’s sting reports said that Lombard told a prison inmate that
he drugged the boy with benedryl to keep him quiet and that his
crime was much easier when the boy was not old enough to talk.
Until now, the media has been repugnantly silent about Lombard. I
have a lot of material about Lombard, his neighborhood, the
neighborhood developer and what life might have been like for this
little boy. As far as I know, no one is reporting that these
children might be safe now, receiving the merciful counseling they
deserve to help them get on with their lives.
If you are not familiar with the Frank M. Lombard case, links to all
the background are below, including FBI reports and the words of the
prison inmate to watched, live, Lombard rape his own child. Do you
think 15 years is justice for these children?

Frank M. Lombard, 42, was arrested last week at his home in Durham,
North Carolina. During an Internet chat, Lombard allegedly offered
the child to the person he was chatting with, who was a task force
officer from Washington’s Metropolitan Police, the FBI said in a
statement.
The chat was initiated after a confidential source facing child
pornography charges told authorities they had witnessed a man,
allegedly Lombard, performing sex acts on a child over the Internet.
During the chat, according to the complaint filed against Lombard,
he told the officer that he had performed multiple sex acts on the
boy and that the officer could do the same if he came toDurham.
According to a transcript of the chat, reprinted in the complaint,
Lombard allegedly told the officer that he had to hide the abuse
from his partner and that he drugged the child with allergy
medication.
Lombard was arrested June 24, and two children at the home,
including the 5-year-old, were removed from the home by the North
Carolina Department of Social Services, the FBI said.

Lombard is the associate director of Duke University‘s Center for
Health Policy, but was placed on unpaid administrative leave,
effective immediately, last week, university spokesman Keith
Lawrence said.
The center is described on its Web site as a joint venture among the university’s law, business and arts-and-sciences schools and “an
instigator and facilitator of a broad range of research related to
public health and the policies that address it.”
Lombard faces federal child sex abuse charges, which carry a prison
sentence of up to 20 years upon conviction, authorities said. He
made an initial appearance in federal court in North Carolina but
was transferred to Washington to face the charges there, court
documents show.
Attempts to contact the Durham attorney who appeared in court with
Lombard were unsuccessful Tuesday.
Federal agents seized Lombard’s computer, thumb drives, Web cams and
other items when executing a search warrant upon Lombard’s arrest,
according to court documents.
