Many Tor nodes are blocked in Russia, so you may need to use a
bridge. The bridges bundled directly into Tor Browser are also
blocked. Therefore you will need to get a working bridge by one
of the following methods:
Send a message to the Tor Telegram bot @GetBridgesBot (type
/bridges)
Request a bridge from within Tor Browser (this is called the
"moat" method)
Send an email to
bridges@torproject.org (leave the email subject
empty and write get transport obfs4 in the email message body;
you must send the email using an address from Riseup or Gmail;
bridges distributed by email are less likely to be blocked)
Visit
https://bridges.torproject.org
Connect with Snowflake
Connect with meek-azure

Tor Browser Moat (mirror link) — You can use Tor Browser Moat to
try to enable any of the 3 types of bridges that are built in
Tor Browser: Snowflake, meek-azure, obfs4; and you can use the
Moat "Request a New Bridge" button to try for Tor Project to
download three obfs4 bridge addresses directly to Tor Browser.
After you enable a bridge and connect to Tor, you can connect to
Tor Project BridgeDB at
https://bridges.torproject.org/options
or
http://yq5jjvr7drkjrelzhut7kgclfuro65jjlivyzfmxiq2kyv5lickrl4qd.
onion/
to copy and use Default OR bridge addresses ("plain ol' vanilla"
bridge addresses) and/or obfs4 bridge addresses.
