Although no snow, the song does illustrate the plight of those remaining in the ghettos of Gaza when peace breaks out.
Look to the West and one can see that it has no answer to cure the ills of its own worst neighborhoods.
The ruling administration of Gaza is a terrorist organization which habitually commits terrorist activities so as to bring around a state of war between Gaza and Israel. Yet, if a war, what is the plan for the treatment of Gazan noncombatants who have
    been displaced as refugees.
This explains quite clearly the problems addressing Palestinians who are displaced after their leaders have waged the recent wars against Israel since 1947. Certainly one would say it is no fault of their own, but do we take into accountwhat the
affected population believes. What is believed affects te resultant action and there is the crux of the problem between Ishmael and Jacob or Israel.
What we can expect is insufficient finacial support from the West or Israel to rebuild Gaza. It is certainly the responsibility of the future governments of Gaza and Palestine to build the Palestinian economy to prosperity independent but in cooperation
    with neighbor Israel.
Concerning equality between Palestinian and Israeli Jew the scripture does direct Israel to not deny rights to the foreigners who reside there which includes all Palestinians, but Palestinians need to respectthe laws of the land.
Then there is the impossible problem of bringing prosperity to the ghettos of the world. Gaza is the worst of them and who pays for the destruction brought upon a land by a terrorist or evil government? This is what Hamas did to the people o Gaza during
the time of its rule. GOD help the innocent and countless poor of the world. Gaza is but one many ghettos in need of the cure. Look at the poor in Africa and the Sudan and the wars.
